« We found the house to be very cute with 2 master bedrooms with complete bathrooms in both, kitchen and living room in the middle. We did not bring our doggie but the fenced in yard was clean and looked very safe to let your dog go out into. Large Florida room had a dining table for 6 and a twin bed for a nap for my mom. We fished from the beach behind the house. Highly recommend. »

« My favorite was sitting on the porch! We all enjoyed the screened in porch with the swing and rocking chairs! It was beautiful out there. I love Old homes, and the high ceilings with original details was very nice. It is not a new home, so if you are looking perfection with all the new things, I wouldn't recommend this home. BUT, if you want to escape to the past with Old Floridian charm, this is the home for you! Bring your fishing pole and fresh shrimp... you will be sure to catch some...

« This was a spacious, and well equipped home to stay near the beach for our family. Comfortably accommodated 6 of us; 3 adults, 1 teen, and 2 children. Plenty of games and entertainment, and the hosts were very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Thoroughly enjoyed the quiet community and close proximity to the beach. « The family really enjoyed our stay at this charming Old Florida house from the turn of the century. Great location, plenty of space in the fenced yard for our boat trailer. The house was comfortable with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We brought our dogs which was a plus! The house had tons of character being over 100 years old. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again. »

« I have nothing but high praises for this property. It was bright and greeted you as soon as you come around the corner. The interior was immaculate and we had virtually no issues with our stay. The bathroom with both a soaking tub and large shower… I LOVED it! When we arrived, the main interior door knob was previously loosened which made closing the door near impossible. « With two young kids, this was a great place to take them to the beach without the hustle and bustle of a touristy area. The state park surrounding the cottage is a beautiful backdrop.
