« After traveling throughout California my wife and I found this property the most relaxing. Overlooking a lake on one side and vineyard on the other we found the location felt like we were at a 5 star resort. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! « We were two couples from Austin visiting for a birthday weekend. We loved our stay at the Santini Farmhouse. The house itself is modern, clean and very well appointed. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the hot tub out back to relax with a glass of wine is the cherry on top. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at the house if you're not out enjoying the amazing restaurants that are only a short drive down the road into town....

A 3 block stroll to the Plaza (surrounded by word class restaurants including Single Thread), this home includes a large fenced in back yard, outdoor fire pit, modern kitchen with Jennair appliances, large indoor gas fireplace and upscale bathrooms. We are hoping to rebook for another full month in 2026! »

« We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it! »
