The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. "

"Fabulous resort in Hopkins. Very friendly and helpful staff the room was gorgeous and the view from the patio was incredible. Very nice pools, bars, restaurant, and dock. It was nice to have kayaks and paddle boards to use. The Butterfly Spa on site was also amazing. I had an incredible massage on the beach under the palapa!"

"We just got home from 8 wonderful days at Villa Rising Sun. Such outstanding hospitality! The house is very comfortable and more than enough room for just 2 of us. Comfy beds & a well equipped kitchen. You step out right onto the beach and just a few steps from the water. With a private beach bar and dock that goes out into the ocean, it feels very personal and private. Watching the fish swim at night off the end of the dock was a real treat. We were offered personal service every step of the way. We were unfortunate to have a day delay in our arrival because of canceled flights and they arranged to have dinner waiting for us since we arrived late in the evening. They arranged for several outstanding day adventures (Get To Know Belize Adventures...highly recommend). It felt like we were staying with friends! Hopkins is a fun small village with some of the friendliest people I've seen anywhere. We hope to return. "
