"Everyone was so nice and it was a great place to stay. It was extremely convenient because we had to be at the convention center. Only thing that would have made it better, was breakfast for everyone at no additional cost and larger refrigerators in room."

"Customer service at the front desk is needed. We arrived and didn't know where to park so i went upfront and asked. The person stated a few sentences one by the stop sign one by the other side. I didn't understand how the garage parking worked. Decided to ask the following day and that person was so helpful. He gave me a map and a card that allowed you to come in & out of the garage and pay at the end of your stay verses per night."

"Clean, quiet and centrally located to explore downtown on foot. The rooftop bar is beautiful and romantic. Room was serviced daily unlike some other hotels that have cut back room cleaning and laundry fill ins. On the negative side, the room was small. No drawers to unload suitcases. No sofa. No magnifying, lighted makeup mirror. Very much disliked the "barn door" on bathroom which was so heavy and sticky that my wife had trouble sliding it."

"This was certainly one of the best stays Quality Inn that I’ve ever had. It was very well kept, the room had been updated a bit, although there was a little bit of wear in and around the property it definitely was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, check out as well as check-in was very easy. The shower had great pressure and everything worked."
