"One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. "

"Hotel was walking distance from a lot of different shopping centers, restaurants, ect. Hotel rooms itself, walked in and the room smelt like smoke, went down to let the staff know and he refused to let us switch rooms. Hotel rooms floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, floor was sticky, ash residue on the counter, sink sprayed out when you turned it on. "

"Bed linens were yellow stained. Towels were threadbare. Tub and shower were dirty. Hair everywhere. Eggs cold, biscuits old and hard. Do not recommend "

"Clean room. Great staff. Nice view of the river. Pillows were HARD, shower was mediocre "

"We enjoyed our stay, the elevator was down but the staff communicated that very well, and we are able to take the steps. Our room was nice, the housekeeper had missed some trash in the room. The breakfast meal was very good and though it was busy at the time we ate, there was plenty of food and coffee."

"Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed. But the shirt and curly hairs were still all over and bathroom definitely not cleaned. Moving the hand towel to a hook doesn’t equate to cleanliness. "
