Had an issue with prepayment (they wanted to charge me 2nd time, desk clerk rude) manager pointed out clerk's error & issue was corrected to our satisifaction. 1st room smoky (no smoking hotel) but quickly moved to another. Breakfast was better than most, healthy choices too. Would very much recommend this hotel to travellers.
