« Heat did not work. Condo was very cold. Host provided space heaters but we could not run them all as it tripped the breakers each time. Host had no solution for this. No compensation was offered, other than 5 hours before check in the host told me I could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund me. Obviously finding somewhere else to stay with 5 hours notice for a family vacation was not an option. Bathroom was dirty. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain, baseboards covered in dust and...

« GREAT condo! They location was amazing - close to where we were planning on going for a soccer tournament - plenty of parking, and easy to find. »

« The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot. »

« This place was so clean and decorated to made us feel like you are home. The kitchen was stocked with things you would need and the bed was very comfortable. There are some great takeout restaurants across the street. and a great place to park right under the building.We would love to stay here again. »

« Condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Sometimes loud with sounds outside and from the hall. Condo had a weird smell, maybe from neighbors cooking? Since it is pet friendly, there was a lot of dog hair on the couch and chair in the living room. If you're very allergic to dogs, might not be the best place to stay. There's a recycling dumpster outside next to the trash, but nowhere to store recycling inside the condo, so that might be something the host considers adding in the future....

« We really liked the layout. Especially liked the bedrooms & baths. The building was very quiet. I had sent a message asking if specific items were provided. Unfortunately that was not answered completely and so we brought items that we didn’t need. No dishcloth or sponge provided in kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel - that’s just not good. »
