"My whole family loved this cabin. Our favorite part about it was how close it was to all the places we love. Five minutes to Platte Beach. Five minutes to Cherry bowl. 20 minutes to Frankfort. 40 minutes to Front Street in Traverse City. There’s also an ice cream shop a five minute walk away. Little Platte Lake isn’t the best swimming lake, but it’s great for paddling around on if you have kayaks which we did numerous times. Check in was a breeze. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The living room couch was very comfortable for movie nights, and there were lots of fans to help with the heat when it was warm. All the neighbors were super friendly.We will definitely consider staying at this cabin again!"

"Went with my 2 sisters and mom and we loved the place. Only downside to it was the lack of AC. The weekend we were there was a hot one and while the place provides ceiling and portable fans, only one of the portable fans worked. Luckily we had brought 2 portable fans as well so we were able to cool it off the best we could. Otherwise the place is perfect for a getaway. "
"Had a wonderful week on Little Platte Lake at this GORGEOUS home. From the beautiful pictures I knew the house and location would be nice, but I was still blown away by how amazing it was. The entire home has been recently renovated top to bottom, with lovely finishes and every convenience you could want. The lake-themed decor is stylish and comfortable, with plenty of spots to relax and take in the amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed the massive deck from morning to evening. The dock provided a great spot to fish, launch one of the provided kayaks or SUPs, or just relax and watch the sunset or listen to the loons. The location made a great jumping off point for trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes or one of the many beautiful Lake Michigan beaches nearby. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with Colette was top notch and she was so helpful with any questions we had. Hope to return soon!"
"Prime location to experience Michigan in prime time. Personally I love this area year-round, but Summertime in Michigan, in this neck of the woods is beyond precious. This property was clean and quiet and most importantly, properly priced. The loft is air conditioned with plenty of natural light and is adequately appointed. The owners were on site and available, promptly answering inquiries. I would absolutely stay here again. It is located in the very heart of one of the most beautiful places on earth. This is not the Ritz or the Four Seasons, it is a chance to experience something far better."
"Our cabin was cozy and the property had a lovely private beach with beautiful sunset views. The resort is located near to biking, hiking, golf courses and towns for shopping and restaurants. It was a great find."

"We had a wonderful week! Check-in was simple and Katie was immediately available for anything we needed. The setting is so quiet and peaceful, very few boats on the lake, even on the weekend. A bald eagle visited every day, and listening to the loons and sandhill cranes was magical. The availability of the pontoon was awesome, as were all the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, all of which we used every day. Great campfires and stargazing every night topped it all off. Having firewood available was nice too!"

"This property and facilities was perfect for our group of five people. Access to the beach was a real plus. The cabin was well maintained, clean, comfortable and had all the space we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we were plesantly supprised to see how well it was supplied. We definately plan to book this cabin again. Our host was excellent and stayed in touch with us to make sure our stay was great."
"Wonderful week stay at the Roadhouse. The house was immaculate, the beds were comfy, and I greatly appreciated the plush towels! The location was great as we were close to Sleeping Bear, tubing on the river, local towns for shopping and Lake Michigan. My 9 year old boy's comments about our stay: "I really like the beach, kayaking and there were other kids to play with." The Roadhouse is a lovely place to stay. Perfect."
