The things you will love about The Leelanau #1 Location, located right off of US 31 easy on and off highway 26 miles to the Sleeping Bears Dunes National Park 14 miles to Traverse City 17 miles to Crystal Mountain 5 minutes to the World renowned Interlochen Arts Academy 3 miles to the Blue Bridge Events Center 1/2 mile to Interlochen Golf course 30 miles to The Homestead #2 Self check in we have a keypad lock no keys required for entry. #3 Newly remodeled, modern design #4 The unit is Air Conditioned for those warm summer nights. #5 Nice outside deck area overlooking our Private Lake Here are some things to consider before renting. #1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay. #2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise. #3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay. #4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 40 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place! The Leelanau is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region. We can accommodate 4 guests. The Leelanau features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs. Because of the close proximity to The Interlochen Center for the Arts just maybe you could catch a amazing concert while in our area. We had a 3 day, very busy stay in the area between a wedding and visiting, so we just wanted a safe place to stay.. But this was above and beyond what we expected wirh just how comfortable and cozy it was, the accommodations were perfect and more inclusive than we realized/expected, communication was very clear, and they were extremely accommodating with our busy schedule. It was extremely clean, we felt very safe, and will 100% considwr staying here again in the future and reccomend them to others. This condo is part of a 12-unit place which is perfect for wedding accommodations near the Blue Bridge venue. They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake. ##### Tracie H.
