  • Take a break and unwind at the Luana Waikiki Hotel and Suites, conveniently situated near the entrance of the famous Waikiki strip and close to the world-renowned Waikiki Beach, shopping, dining, and Convention Center, within a 2-10 minute walk.

    Perfect for a group of 4, it comes with two queen beds, balcony with city & pool views, AC, mini-fridge, FREE WiFi & Cable TV.

    Valet parking is offered by the building for a separate daily fee, subject to availability. This service is managed directly by the building and is not affiliated with the host. We appreciate your understanding.

    This is a privately owned studio inside the Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites. Therefore, it doesn`t offer daily cleaning or any other hotel services. This 12th floor studio comes with two queen size beds and can provide comfy sleep for up to 4 people. This is a non-smoking unit. The kitchenette includes:
    - Total area of about 347 sqft. [About 313 sqft (Interior) and 34 sqft (lanai)]
    - Coffee maker
    - Hot water kettle
    - Toaster
    - Hot plate
    -Cooking Pot
    -Cooking Plate
    - Blender
    - Wine glasses/opener
    - Silver ware and dishes.

    Check in: after 4:00 PM (Mailbox)
    An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged. No guarantee and early request needed. Please contact us around 1pm on the same date to check the early check-in request status.

    Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please leave both room keys in the unit on the table)

    Key:
    Self checking-in with key card. Please take good care of the card. You would have to pay $30 to the person who delivers you a replacement should you have lost or damaged it.

    Check In:
    It`s self check in. Instructions will be provided 1 days before your arrival.

    As the guest of a private owner, you should always contact my property manager for anything you may need help with. You could ask the front desk for questions as well though they are not obligated to as they are not part of the our operation. Please respect them as much as I do!

    Check Out Cleaning:
    The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
    There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

    Linens and towels:
    We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Both beds are equipped with a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and a quilt.

    To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.

    Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.
