Unwind on the 31st floor with breathtaking 180° vistas as you sip your morning coffee, people-watch, check out the surf, and marvel at the frequent rainbows over Manoa Valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. If you’re in the mood for a night out, countless restaurants are just steps away from this centrally located condotel in the hear Living Area: \*One queen size bed and queen sofa bed. \*Built-in bedside USB charging stations. \*Split type AC. \*Free Wifi throughout the unit \*Iron and tabletop ironing board Kitchenette: \*Mini refrigerator. \*Electric cooktop. \*Basic cooking utensils. \*Coffee maker. \*Hot water kettle. \*Microwave. \*Toaster Oven. \*Plates, bowls & utensils. The Island Colony Condominium is a place like home. You’ll find a convenience store, pool deck, gym, ice vending machines and paid laundromat that accepts all credit and debit cards on the 6th floor. Guests will have access to the pool and Jacuzzi area from 7am to 9pm, located on the 6th floor. There is also a gym on the same level that requires a $10 fee per stay and a signed waiver at the front desk for checkout. Parking is available for $47 per 24 hours, payable to the attendant or machine. In and out privileges are included; inquire for more details. There is a rental car place on the ground floor of the building, which is a convenient option for renting a car onsite. The parking area has a height limit of 6 feet 2 inches. A Biki station, part of Hawaii’s bike share program, is also nearby. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Everything else in Waikiki, including shops and restaurants, is within walking distance as you explore the area. I can also assist with recommendations and help with the planning process of your trip. \*Please note that any guest registration submitted within 48 hours of check-in will incur a $10 late submission fee. This policy is enforced by the building to help prevent check-in line congestion and minimize delays.
