Welcome to our beautiful studio unit B303 in the beautiful Papakea Resort which is located in West Maui. This condo is on the third flood in the highly desired "B" building. Our unit is steps away from the ocean, pool, cabana, and has a putting green right off of the ground floor unit below. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the lanai with a full ocean view. Enjoy the soothing sound of waves as you sleep.
This unit has air conditioning, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets with under lighting, tile floors, brand new stove/oven, brand new microwave, dishwasher, new washer and dryer and a new refrigerator. The unit comes fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals and has ample counter space.
Enjoy cool nights with an air conditioning system located in living room. Unit accommodates dining for 4 guests outside on the lanai. Upgraded linens and new Queen size bed make for a comfortable stay at B303. Living room has a new flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. Unit has a new washer and dryer and plenty of closet space for your belongings. Enjoy the upgraded shower, towels and vanity with plenty of space for your personal items.
The grounds are immaculately maintained with lush tropical vegetation and trees. Magical twinkling tiki lights are lit nightly and reflect on the multiple Koi ponds throughout the property. Papakea resort has two ocean side heated swimming pools, 2 whirlpool spas, 2 tennis courts, 2 beach cabanas, 2 twelve hole putting greens, 12 outdoor grills.

Papakea resort also features water aerobics, yoga classes, and a putting contest during the week and a free weekly Mai Tai party.

Upon arrival our guests will receive a starter supply of paper items including paper towels and toilet paper, hand sanitizer, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry soap.

We love this unit's location. This unit is walking distance to many amenities including restaurants, coffee houses, a fish market, farmers market, Times grocery store, Boss frogs, ABC store, and a food truck park.

Papakea is minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Ka'anapali where you can relax in the sun. Many amazing snorkeling spots are nearby. The unit is short drive to the famous upscale Whalers village where you can enjoy shopping and dining. Drive up to Kapalu where you can golf, enjoy the beach, hike or be shuttled up to zip line. Spend an afternoon in Upcountry where you can enjoy the Lavender farms, wine tasting and the beautiful botanical gardens.

The view is exactly as advertised! We could watch the whales almost anytime of day and the sunsets were incredible. Papakea Resort has a real community feel with BBQs by the pool, lounge chairs in the grass, and snorkeling steps at the sea wall. Dawn was very accessible and reached out to us on our day of arrival to see if we needed anything.

Excellent condo!

This condo has everything you need and more. The beach amenities were super appreciated (beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling set, boogie board). The view is breathtaking, and both the condo and the resort are very well taken care of. We loved the location and everything the area has to offer. Fantastic one room unit with a full kitchen and bathroom. Beautifully presented, with a great view of the pool and ocean. The only recommendation would be to provide some more information about facilities nearby, for example we only discovered the Whalers Village area on our second last day.

Nothing Better!

This is our second stay in a row at Papakea, and seeing as how it was just my husband and I, we opted for a studio, as it provides all we need. This third floor unit was perfect. Up to date with lots of amenities, fully stocked kitchen (including some vintage Pyrex, which I love), super comfortable bed (medium firmness), ceiling fan and AC, and the best view. The view of the pool and ocean is one of the best in this complex, and we appreciate all the amenities Papakea has to offer. The owner provided excellent communication and made themselves available for any questions or concerns, none of which to be had. The bedroom louver and screen door provide a wonderful afternoon/evening breeze as opposed to AC, and units are so quiet, we never heard a neighbors footsteps above or voices adjacent, just happy laughter on the lanais. Cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella provided, along with little things like ice pack, outdoor beverage cups, and pool noodles. Do not hesitate booking this studio, you will not be disappointed. Papakea is wonderful and so are the owners of this studio.

Love Papakea!

We had the most wonderful time at Papakea staying in this unit. The owner/host Dawn was so easy to communicate with. The view is exactly as shown and the pool/ocean view is amazing. We watched incredible sunsets, and swam and snorkeled in the ocean right out front of the property. Saw turtles and a monk seal!This is also a perfect Location for exploring the island. This cozy studio was a pleasant surprise. Very well equipped & beautifully decorated. Great ocean view from the balcony and inside the condo. Great Spot

Papakea: What a beautiful home away from home! The room itself is spacious with a full kitchen, it does not feel small to be a studio. The property itself is in the most ideal location and in walking distance from some great food options and all essentials via Times grocery. The property also offers much to do with 2 pools and 2 putting greens and plenty of space to take a morning or evening walk. Being located directly on the water makes for a peaceful day of listening to the waves crash and you might be lucky enough to see a monk seal taking a nap in the sun! The view from the Studio’s Lanai, is wonderful! Will be excited to return!
