Decent stay, relatively convenient to MTR

Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK

I left after the first night and moved to a nother hotel. The aircondition cant be adjusted properly and it is noisy, make sure you bring earplugs along. It probably hasnt been maintained for years. The curtains have several holes in it. The bathroom was moldy and and not clean. Some "left overs" of the previous guest were still in the bathroom. Overall the room was just not in a good condition, not clean and not what i expect at this price level. The location of the hotel is great! I would not recommend to stay at this hotel!

This is a serviced apartment building, not a hotel. Good for long trips if you want to do your own laundry, but not good for short business trips since they don't have room service and the external laundry service takes 3 days.

The property is located near the financial center and once we figured our way around we found the metro station nearby. The staff did not understand us and there were no maps of the area. The backing of our curtains were ripped and need to be replaced. Housekeeping was very good and the suite was comfortable.

Room smelt of smoke on check in and was partially fixed on day 3 but continue to smell of smoke. On day four cockroaches welcomed us back to our room in the evening. Housekeeping standard were poor. We felt it was not value for money either.

Difficult to locate as located within meandering side streets and as surrounded by tall buildings everywhere, pinpointing on google map difficult. Location seemed a little on the derelict side. Didn’t feel safe walking back late at night. Charged HKD500 as deposit which wasn’t made aware prior to booking on Expedia. Queries staff at check-in, but was just told this is how they do it and if I wanted clarification, I needed to take it up with booking agent.The money has already been charged on my card. Am awaiting to see if it will be refunded. Complimentary beverages turned out to be two bottles of cheap soft drinks which other hotels would’ve given for free anyway. No room upgrade - was told already booked the best. Could’ve at least given a room on taller floor. Room smelled stuffy and unused for a long time. Not sure if it was cleaned prior to checking in.

Great location with lots of restaurants around. Near the SOHO and Lan Kwai Fong and Donki where you can do late night shopping and eating. Room is clean. TV with lots of channel and you can view Netflix and Youtube on the big screen. Bed is too soft.

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel. Le premier a été parfait. Le deuxième a mal commencé car réservé et payé à l’avance chambre exécutif pour 3 adultes via hôtels.com. Au check in, on me demande de payer un lit d’appoint pour la 3ème personne. Ce qui augmentait le prix de 50%. Après réclamation auprès de Mercer et de hôtels.com qui se rejettent la faute. Mercer decide exceptionnellement de ne pas me charger le lit d’appoint.
