This hotel spans across two buildings, Patterson Building A and C. They are about 25 meters apart. If you are in building C there is no way to communicate with the reception in building A other than walking there physically. Day 1 of check in, the receptionist walked me to my building and forgot my towel. She said she'll get it and never came back. The staff doesn't speak much english, the reception area has no aircon. Had to negotiate few times, it's quite clean. Room service was only collecting garbage and not changing bed sheets until checked out. I was living by myself, so it's fine for me.
