Bonjour je viens vers vous car j’ai eu d’enoémets déconvenue dans cette hôtel je vous envoie une dizaine de photos pour vous prouver mes dires et je ne recommanderais pas cette hôtel , autant pour l’état vétuste de la chambre qui n’avait pas été spécifié dans votre référencement au moment de mon choix autant pour des raisons sanitaires car la chambre était complètement bondé d’humidité et en plus de tout ça j’ai des problèmes respiratoires donc à ses jours dans ces conditions n’a pu que me rendre plus malade , je vous prie s’il vous plaît de faire au mieux pour réparer le préjudice commis je vous remercie d’avance et vous prie d’agréer mes salutations .

Petit (nais normal, c'est Hong Kong) mais propre et fonctionnel. Salle de bain relativement "spacieuse" compte-tenu du contexte Propre, chambre nettoyée tous les jours et serviettes de bain changées tous les jours Proche du métro et commerces tout autour Casiers sous les lits Possibilité de laisser ses bagages le jour du départ

#### Petit Hôtel bien placé et propre

Petite Chambre mais propre et équipée. Il y a un salon, une cuisine et un grand frigo communs pour faire à manger nous même à l'hôtel. C'est pratique.

The room was really tiny. The two single beds could barely fit in the room at odd angles. The room and equipment had not been properly maintained or was damaged and had not been replaced for years. It hadn’t been properly cleaned for a very long time. The elevator was rickety and the doors closed too quickly and violently. There was one reception staff who was almost reluctant to assist with anything. The price was way too high for the quality of the room. The beds were tiny and the mattresses were thin. The bed linen was clean enough and we were able to get a bit of sleep, although I was up until 3am trying to book another hotel so that we didn’t have to spend another night at Homy Northpoint. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel to families with children as it did not feel safe. I would only recommend it if you have absolutely no other place to stay and better if you can negotiate a lower price.

There was no hot water for shower. It looks like there is mould on washroom wall. There is space only of 2 walking steps. I cannot close washroom door while sitting on toilet. I cannot stand, but sitting sideway on toilet to take shower. Door bell of reception did not work. I was frustrated arriving at 2am .

Wall, floor and bed sheet wrere dirry. Bathroom was so small that cant even turn around. Building might be over 50 years old. Orher than location is convinence, nothing is recommanded I already forefeited the upcoming booking with non refundable fund and booked another one.

The room they put me in for the first 2 nights were absolutely horrible. It smelled and was VERY dirty. The walls were patched with different wall papers and had a layer of dust. The floor had hair and dirt. The toilet was so close to the wall that I could not put my legs straight. I’m only 5’1” and 113 pounds so im petite. It was impossible to use the restroom. The third night I finally requested a room change. That room was much cleaner and had more leg room when using the restroom. I should’ve asked for a change right away but I was just exhausted after a 20 hour flight!
