When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them Lack of things in room. No Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room. Service was top level, with everything you need just a call away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves tasty meals and breakfasts. "This is an apartment they rent under another name. They use one address for two properties. The TV didn’t work and no internet connection even while using the correct password. It’s a commune type thing. You pick a breakfast meal by letter. That’s what you get! No deviation. They will try and take your passport too. I wouldn’t allow it but had to pay a 500,000 dong that was refundable. The facility sits high on a hillside where you have to take a shuttle to get to the beach. I left! I refused to stay there even though I lost 4 knights of money paid, I can afford my comfort. I went in to Mui Ne and found much better lodging on the beach. Restaurants and coffee shops and shopping. This was well worth it to me as I found a resort I will be going back to in a few days and stay for two to three weeks. I would never stay in a rental apartment again. They have never worked well for me. The person I was dealing with too was all behind WhatsApp. Never showed their face. I would rate this place lower if I could. It’s like a ghost town. "
