House was well equipped and perfect location. We kept our pontoon boat in the slip behind the house. River was easily accessible to great restaurants and the springs. Its location at the marina was a beautiful setting. The kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever rented. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and worked well for our children and the grandchildren. Also the living area was spacious and gave us a good place to visit. This was our first year scalloping and this home could not have been more perfect for our family. We brought our boat and used the slip which was easy to get in and out of. We were extremely close to lots of restaurants by boat and car. Close to Publix & Walmart. About 45 minutes out to go scalloping.
