Didn’t get the address until after the time allotted to cancel but even once I got it shame on me for not verifying the location. Received the access code 2.5 hours after rental started and was driving from MI so was panicking because not much communication and after asking yet again for code it took over an 1.5 hours for her to give it. Was told they were cleaning...

"This property was perfect for myself and my family. We were visiting from Nevada and had family from Florida meet us there. It was exactly where I wanted location wise and just overall a perfect place. Orlando was prompt with communication and there were no issues. If we visit again I will definitely be checking for this place to be available."
