"The hotel is in a great location close to coffee and brunch spots. The rooms were clean but there was no shower gel which the front desk was quick to replace. The only downer was the elevators were not working on our last day and being up 20 plus floors definitely not ideal plus this was not communicated and we couldn't communicate with the staff as the hotel phones were down too. Eventually we ended up using the service elevator after tracking down one of the staff a few floors down."
