"Lovely spot, only a minute walk from the station. Beatiful view of the snowy town, above a bakery and only 5mins from the shops. Room was lovely and roomey for two friends on a serendipitous 1 night adventure. Great heating and fancy tap which gives you hot water, mineral water, sparkling water and mild sparkling water! Also the check in was really cool and simple. Will definitely stay here again"

The property is beautifully maintained, the staff extremely friendly, my room was impeccably clean, comfortable and extremely quiet, with a breathtaking the view of the iconic Wartburg castle (be sure to request a room facing it). Breakfast was sumptuous and the attendant most courteous and friendly. Our room was very small and very basic. The was soft and comfortable. Staff friendly. Nice touch was the fridge with refreshments (beer ,whine etc available based on honor system, which was a very nice touch. Prices very reasonably. We didn’t use it as we had our own supplies (large grocery store right next door). The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which was included in the price. There was so much to choose from and all very fresh and tasty. We would definitely return but perhaps ask...
