Gorgeous boutique hotel in the center of town. I loved the bathroom and it's huge claw tub. The breakfast was generous and tasty. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. Although the area did not get very hot during our stay (max was 70f), if you run hot at night this may be uncomfortable. We did have a fan in our room.
The staff and locating were excellent.
There's a very nice spa on site that we did not use.

The accommodation is in a very convenient location with a regular bus to Edinburgh, as well as local attractions. Would have scored higher if there had been bottled shower gels, shampoos and a welcome basket

Hotel was cute, but it is a boutique hotel with very little staff to assist with anything. Also, if you are from the USA, keep in mind this is European which means no AC, poor access for anyone mobility impaired, no elevators, no top sheet and just a heavy duvet in spite of a heat wave, etc… Location was good but if you rent a car, note there is zero parking.

"It was a tiny room for two which was considered a standard room plus the bathroom had mold, filthy bathroom and rugs, one of two elevators was broken!If you want a nice stay do not go there plus it was almost $400 per day!!!"
