"The kitchen had everything we needed to do our full cooking and storing our leftovers in nice Pyrex storage containers. All of the comforts of home. This would definitely be a fun house to bring your family with games and nice space. "

"Beautiful house. Recent remodel is gorgeous. Easy access to Topeka, Lawrence, and Kansas City. Our family had a great time even though the weather was terrible. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to hang out, enjoy indoor activities, and enjoy some fun time together. Highly recommend. Would love to stay again when we can enjoy the outdoors and the lake, but we had a great time anyways. "

"The hotel was functional. The staff were never at the front desk though, you had to call them to get someone to help. The breakfast was also very empty. I came down at 7am (breakfast was 6-9) on Saturday morning and I was the only person down there. However, the only options were 6 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, or half a pan of runny eggs. There was a machine for waffles as well. That would be my only major place of improvement would be the breakfast and the staff could have been more attentive. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable!"

"We had a WONDERFUL stay with the exception of the water being froze up when we returned to the house at 10:00 pm on Saturday night. It was a very cold weekend. We were unable to take showers Saturday night/Sunday morning and unable to flush the toilet. Also, the water cooler could maybe use a little upgrade. Other than this, it’s a cozy and comfortable place to stay and decorated so nicely."
