"The "likes" for 16 days of stay - a home away from home : a) The location is very close to Chadstone Shopping Mall, Subway, Hungry Jacks and Oakleigh etc b) The bed, pillows and bedding were superb and clean c) The sofa/bed was very comfortable and clean d) The bathroom was clean and has hot water on the fly - the complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash were superb! e) The concealed washing machine and dryer was a life saver, it was sound proof while in operation - Kudos! Not forgetting about the mobile drying rack! f) The utensils provided were clean and adequate for light cooking g) Carpark was ample and ease of access from 2 entry/exit zones h) I was lucky to be allocated in the non-road facing unit with a balcony - peaceful rest and beautiful views on bright sunny days! i) Last but not least, the complimentary Nespresso pods with the machine - Nice touch! The "improvements" : a) Shower head with flexible tubing instead of the short arm version (semi-flexible) b) A mobile heater fan (the affordable one from KMart @ AUD 15)"

"Parking underneath but paid parking. Room is clean, comfortable bed, with all that you could need: toothbrush and toothpaste, toiletries, TV, good desk and desk lighting for work, iron and ironing board, hangers and wardrobe. Food is good - breakfast lunch and dinner with good hot and cold offerings. Pity that the pool is outdoors during winter but they supply slippers and robes. Good conference spaces. Price per room is still too expensive."

"I stayed at one bedroom apartment at Oros. The location was very convenient, walking distance from bus station and its 15 minutes walk from the famous Chadstone shopping center. Clean space, private gated parking in the basement, Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and refrigerator. The only issued I had since I stayed over two weeks is the refrigerator which was pretty small for such long stay to store food. Heating system was perfect. Bathroom and laundry were great. Being on a major boulevard the apartment was so quiet. I highly recommend staying there."

"We rented a superior apartment which was plenty for our family of 3. As it was an adjoining room on the main apartment, we had separate bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds), a fully functioning kitchen and a kitchenette in the twin room. Also 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, easy to access and so close to lots of amenities including a cinema, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. We didn’t notice the noise from the street from our apartment. Check out was simple and we would definitely stay here again."
