This first-floor retreat offers a private balcony with calm ICW views, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, and two queen beds that comfortably sleep up to four guests. Guests will enjoy convenient beach access just a short walk away, an on-site pool (seasonal), and a peaceful, laid-back setting ideal for couples or small families. Beacon at Surf City is independently managed by Paragon Vacations on behalf of the homeowner.

* Can sleep up to 4 guests
* 1st floor unit; Stairs required; Elevator on site is out of service indefinitely*

Sleeping Arrangements:

* Beach access located at the end of Pender Ave- about 200 yards from "Beacon at Surf City"
* Seasonal pool located on the Tiffany's motel sound side. Pool is open May through October per HOA open/close schedule; *please inquire that the pool has been opened or remains open if booking in May or October

* Beach chairs and towels, toys and supplies
* Streaming logins for Smart TVs
* Toiletries, extra paper goods, bath soaps

Linens and Paper Goods:

* Linens (1 full set per bed per reservation) and towels (1 full set per unit max occupancy per reservation) included. *No towel turnover service provided; paid on-site laundry room available
* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.
* Starter pack of: 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided- enough to get you started
