It is an easy walk across the street to beach access. The split floor plan was nice. Thoughtful touches: digital weather station, clothesline in carport, beach cart for guest use. The furniture in the bedrooms was up to date and all but 1 room had a ceiling fan. Ample parking and a quick drive to stores. The walk to the beach was effortless and there were no stairs.
