"We stayed in the property known as the winery. Very clean, nice appliances, nice shower, and very comfortable bed. This is more of a one bedroom than two as stated. There is a second bed in a loft that is reached from kitchen through garage. Im only 5.1” and I have to duck through the door. Peaceful and serene for sure. "Discrepancies between listing on VRBO and actual accommodations: refrigerator and microwave were in a common area, NOT in the room, as listed. "The breakfast was good and included, I apppreciate that. My room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. My water was very cold in the night and morning. When I told staff about the water they were upset with me. I didn't want anything my stay was quick. So, I didn't understand why they had attitude when I was just informing them I didn't have any warm water. They said that they knew about the issue and that the water heater doesn't reach to the farther rooms. So, I'm thinking if they're aware of this issue why are they booking people back there? The place was empty. Why did they place me in a room they know there's an unresolved issue and then get upset with me for informing them about this issue. My guess is that many people complain about having to shower in very cold water and they are impatient with everyone complaining about it."

"The bedding was dirty. Sheets and pillows were dirty and gray in color. They had a bad smell, too. The bathtub was dirty and furniture dusty.The property was dirty with food lying around outside rooms. Overall, the facility wasn't well kept and maintained. Practically looked like an abandoned motel."

"I really enjoy a lighted mirror in the bathroom. A fan in the bathroom is a must and I like that the light in the bathroom is not on a timer like some hotels. The water pressure is great too! The front desk is always friendly! Had to wait a bit upon check in, as no one was around for a few minutes. Parking gets full if you get back late, as the 2 hotels share parking. I just wish there was more parking available. A truck and trailer shouldn't get to use 4 parking spots. I did reserve a 2 queen room and was given a 1 queen room with a couch. Front desk was busy so I didn't have a chance to ask why. I was on a limited time to get my daughter out of the dorm and was bummed she had to sleep on a couch. Other than that, I always prefer this hotel when I'm visiting the area! Food, restaurants, amenities and entertainment and within walking distance or driving if you prefer."
