Ankit was our favourite food and beverage supervisor. King had a blast playing in the mornings in the resturant with all the attention from the staff. Don’t hesitate to stay there. Beautiful views, great amenities and great hospitality!

Our stay was so perfect. The resort is Beautiful. We travelled as a family of 3 With our 7 year old son. We had a great time. The breakfast was the best part of the day. So many varieties. The staff service was extra ordinary. Namita at the front desk and Pushpa in the Nagarjuna Cafe were exemplary making our stay truly worthwhile. Thank you

Nepal has so much beauty to offer the world, and maintaining top-tier hospitality is key to showing that off. Holiday Inn has great potential to lead by example, though investing in just a bit more staff training would make the guest experience truly shine. During buffet breakfast, my partner and I ordered an omelette and were patiently waiting for it to be ready. When it was finished, another guest accidentally walked off with it! We found the moment quite funny, but the live-station staff member was so busy that he had completely forgotten our order and didn't notice what happened. While we completely understand how chaotic a busy breakfast rush can be, a little extra training on order tracking during peak hours would make a world of difference. Despite the minor mix-up, we appreciate the hardworking team and the vibrant atmosphere!

The hotel is located in a great spot, nestled on the mountainside and within the heart of the forest. It’s relatively new and has all the necessary facilities. A noteworthy aspect is the very polite and kind staff who take great care of the hotel guests and strive to provide the best service. The food is good, though a bit spicy, but overall the flavors are nice. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied with staying here for a week.

If you're really looking for a nice place to stay, then look no further. The quality here is outstanding, the people are nice, the rooms are comfortable, and clean! I don't compromise my comfort, especially the cleanliness. I have seen the best and the worst over the years, and this ranks in the highest of quality. I had a very good experience, and breakfast was fresh and tasty as well. My next trip will include staying here again! Thank you!

Everything here was exceptional..the staff were so friendly and helpfull especially Sabrina on day reception ..may have here name misspelt..sorry..lovely swimming pool ..only thing I was a bit shocked about was the price of alocolic beverages....I think I paid 7500 nrps for a bottle of wine that I could have purchased in a sop for 2000 nrps and a large beer was 1300 rps my fault I suppose for needing a drink lol

The hotel and staff were decent, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, our one-night stay was quite unpleasant because the AC in our room did not work at all. The room was extremely hot and humid. Three different times, technicians came to check it and told us it was fixed, but the AC never actually worked. The food quality was also disappointing—I’d rate it around 4/10. We have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels in the U.S., and the food quality there is significantly better. Before checking out, we asked if the hotel could offer any compensation for the inconvenience, but our request was declined. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay.
