The valley station Horbergbahn of the Mayrhofen ski area as well as the ski resort Zillertal Arena in Zell am Ziller are only about 5 minutes away. There are plenty of free parking spaces at both valley stations. The ski bus stops about 1 km away. A cross-country ski run runs in the immediate vicinity below the house. For shopping, it is in the center of Mayrhofen, which is only about 5 km away and within a few minutes. Also Zell am Ziller and Hippach lure in about 2 km distance with their shops and cozy restaurants.
