« Standards have fallen at the Westleton Crown. Outside, several car park bays were inexplicably cordoned off so there was a shortage of available spaces. Inside there was a bucket catching a leak from a skylight in the main dining room. The corridor, staircase and bedroom carpets are dirty and worn. The seat in our WC fell off. Overall, the decor is old, tired and in urgent need of an uplift. We will certainly think carefully before booking the Crown again anytime soon, and we will certainly not...

« We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good.

« Immaculate room, very comfortable. Excellent bathroom - good shower, good towels, shower gel provided. Wifi worked fine - no problem connecting and good speed.
Staff were very helpful and very friendly - that's the stand-out thing, really, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was everything I'd want and very tasty. A pot of tea (with two teabags) and a pot of hot water meant there was plenty of my favourite beverage. Very happy with the evening dinner from the bar menu...

« Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt en ook het restaurant waren uitstekend.
Echter, onze kamer was redelijk schoon bij onze komst, maar is daarna niet schoongemaakt. Het bed werd meestal niet opgemaakt. Vuile theekopjes bleven gewoon staan. De vloer is niet gestofzuigd. Zeep en shampoo werden niet aangevuld.
Na klachten besloot de 'general manager' dat we niet hoefde te betalen voor het ontbijt, een bedrag van ongeveer €180. »
