Convenient location immediately off the highway. Easy to park and check in. Nice and clean. Walkable to some shopping. Decent breakfast options. It’s unfortunate that the pool/hot tub area weren’t accessible. For me the bed was really hard and uncomfortable but my daughter said hers was fine. Overall, a fine stay for a quick overnight stop.

This place was really good and reasonable. Pet friendly, staff was awesome, especially the night staff guy that let me in at 2am cuz i locked myself out and didnt want to wake anybody up, walking distance to walmart, mcdonalds, cdn tire, dollarama etc. Clean rooms, hot continental breakfast, like with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles. I was actually impressed with that. Would definitely come back and stay there again. 5 stars for sure hands down, i would recommend to others as well.

Possibly the best location in town. They just need to upgrade their beds. Not sure if it was just our room or the entire hotel but the beds were terrible. Mattress was past its best and not comfortable. Breakfast was alright. But yeah if they spend some money on upgrading their beds they’ll be the best place to stay in hinton.

What I didn't like is the excessive noise from other guests the floor above me and the same floor as well. There was constant noise until around 2:00 a.m.

WE were surprised that in the morning breakfast all dishes were solid ( glass, plastic) so guest not make tons of garbage. Service was good, tables were cleaned very quick.

The price of the hotel was reasonable, especially considering the quality. The walls are so thin we could hear entire conversations happening in the room next door when we were trying to sleep. We had to put white noise on Spotify. The blankets are so hot and make a noise like snow pants everytime they move it woke me up several times at night because i thiught my kids were getting out of bed. The TV remote didnt work at all. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. My family said the breakfast was good. Overall for a one night stay it was okay, considering it was only 85$ I certainly wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel.

When i walked into my room it was like a freezer! had to have the heat cranked to maximum for 2 hours to get the room brought up to normal room temperature. Spent all that time with my coat on waiting for the room to warm up :o(

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. The facility its self is in need of some general maintenance. The pool, hot tub and ice machine on our floor was out of order. The rooms are showing some wear but were very clean and the bed was comfortable. This will be our first choice when traveling through Hinton.
