All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5. 266 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The internet worked great. We were able to play games and do school work with no problems! Our only suggestion would be a cover for the balcony for use on rainy days and cover for sunny days. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was how dirty the carpet in the living area was. I wouldn’t have cared as much if my young grandchildren wouldn’t have been crawling all over it. It had many stains…and not to mention the couch was broken by the previous group who stayed - which we were warned the day of our arrival by Vacasa - but, it was super uncomfortable and we had to stuff pillows under the cushions so we didn’t feel like we were rolling off of it. Vacasa did offer to clean the carpet, which we ended up not doing, as it rained all day they had scheduled it and we had no intentions of leaving the condo with young children while it was raining. Other than those two things, the stay was nice… kitchen updated and plenty of room. ##### Pam C. I realize Covid has been a burden on vacation properties but access to info through Vacasa was almost non existent. After trying several times by phone to ask a few questions, finally on hold for 2 hrs. Although the customer service rep was pleasant, could not give me any more info than the app offered.
