Breakers are efficiency condos, ideal for couples or small families looking for a beach escape! The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living area has a sleeper sofa and Smart TV with streaming capability and access to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space for making a hearty breakfast, beach picnic or dinner in. The balcony is a great space for people watching, al fresco dining or reading. The bedroom features a queen bed, closet, and a flat screen Smart TV with streaming capability. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a washer & dryer for convenience. The Breakers has a complex pool that is heated seasonally (March - May) and separate kid’s pool. Loungers are located on the sun and pool decks, first come first serve, and tables with umbrellas for guests staying at Breakers. Breakers is an elevated 3-story complex with parking under the condos or around the perimeter. If you are looking for a vacation that is a true escape, parking the car and not getting back into it until it’s time to pack up - the Breakers is the spot for you! The Breakers location is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. Coligny, located in Forest Beach, is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are across the street from The Breakers. Parking in the Breakers Hilton Head complex is limited to 1 vehicle pass per villa.
