More Renovation Enchacements coming this FallWinter 2025: Awning over front door to be removed and replaced. The exterior will be painted a bright white. Front of the house will have an architectural feature with some stained wood siding. Screen and enclose the upper porch. Remove spiral staircase and build new stairs from porch to pool deck. It was very clean and the layout was great for entertaining. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and food storage. The location was great for walking to the beach and to Coligny Plaza for shopping and eating. When we did have a small issue the management company was very responsive.
