Unit very well equipped with all the little things that make a week long stay enjoyable and easy. Clean but it is an older unit so not perfect. Kitchen is updated but bathroom showers could use an upgrade. That said, it was perfect for our family of five. Pools outside are very cold in spring time! Beach was amazing! Bike rental was a must. Only negative is that the condo was listed as “oceanfront” which I guess technically is true of the condo complex. Our unit was in the last building of the complex thus not actually oceanfront. It was a beautiful walk to the beach down a boardwalk beyond the buildings, it was definitely a walk though. If renting this unit you shouldn’t expect ocean views or a quick “hop” to the beach. No complaints about the property. The only thing is the walk to the beach. The property shows a boardwalk which doesn’t appear to be that long in the photo but it’s a good walk. There are four buildings in the resort and this condo is located the furthest away from the boardwalk making the walk extra long. Having someone with a prosthetic leg and someone due for a knee replacement made it kind of troubling to get everything down to the beach (tent, chairs, cooler). They do offer a golf cart shuttle which was a plus but that left only two individual carrying everything down to the beach. Our stay was great. The property was nice. Beautiful beach, semi private. Most everyone on the beach was from the resort. Only minor complaint, it’s a bit of a walk to the beach. Private walkway leads to beach but is a solid 7 minute walk. Can be another 5-7 minutes to get to walkway depending where you are on property. But all in all I would definitely stay again. Within half a mile of restaurants, grocery, gas station, etc. Much quieter and less crowded than other parts of the island, but a 10 minute drive from town center.
