Great room!

I was a little hesitant to book this room based on some of the past reviews, but we had no issues whatsoever. The room was clean, plenty of options on TV, the shower/bathroom worked well and I had no issues with the bedding. Overally, a great experience and I would recommend it to others!

Needs some love

This unit has potential but needs some love. The cleaning crew left it clean BUT we didn’t use the family room at all because the sofas are stained dingy from sweat, sunscreen, and overuse. The master bed squeaks like a hard wood floor anytime someone moves making it hard to stay asleep. The most urgent matter is the FLEA Infestation. We have dozens of flea bites and did not have a pet. Very cheap furniture and teensy lamps in the master bedroom. The unit is very well stocked but so full of items that there is nowhere to put your food. It might help to thin the cabinets out a little. We did not use the secondary bedroom so we can’t comment on those beds. Great community, nicely updated bathroom, great floor plan….just needs some love. Check-in was an inexplicable fiasco, Vacasa. Vacasa did not have parking passes for us and sent us to Palmetto Dunes. They did not call Palmetto Dunes so the two took dogs at each other while we waited for someone to get us a pass for a reservation we made well in advance.
