Outstanding Beach Villa that feels like home. The villa has two separate bedroom suites with all the amenities of home. 2nd floor villa in a quiet, upscale building. Take the elevator from our gated secure garage. Your vehicle stays cool during the day in our covered and gated garage. As you enter this lovely villa, the spacious dining room table is on the left. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters has a breakfast bar that seats four. To the right of the foyer is the secondary suite with a private bathroom furnished with Queen and Twin beds. Just past the kitchen on the right you enter the primary suite furnished with a King size Bed, access to the balcony along with a private bath with a tub and a separate shower. The open floor plan leads to the living room. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating for the family to watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The exterior door leads to the spacious balcony. This is a great spot for the perfect family vacation. Situated across the street from Coligny Plaza's many restaurants and shops. Our home is one block to North Forest Beach. As you walk down the beach path you will see the outdoor beachside pool that is available for use by our guests. Bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.We also enjoyed the pool area, which was never too crowded and a nice option when we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. The layout of the condo is perfect, giving both bedrooms privacy. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything that we needed. Comfortable seating, inside and out and the beds were comfortable too! The condo is very well cared for and felt very clean. The location really is perfect. A very short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs at the condo but we ended up renting chairs and umbrellas from the company right on the beach for the week. There are shops, restaurants, coffee, grocery store, and ice cream right across the street! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Hilton Head! ##### Amy W.
