This penthouse level villa has sweeping views of the entire Shelter Cove Harbour Marina. The villa itself consists of two floors. The first floor features an updated Queen bedroom and bathroom along with the kitchen, living and dining areas. The second floor consists of an updated Guest King bedroom and the Primary Bedroom which is also a King. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The upstairs guest bathroom has an updated vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination. The Primary bathroom is quite large and features a very large jetted tub, separate walk-in shower and large vanity with two sinks. The updated kitchen comes fully-equipped and boasts custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living and dining areas have been completely updated and reimagined with elegant and comfortable new furniture and accents throughout. Your private balcony perfectly accentuates the unbelievable views from this condominium. A row of bar seating makes it easy to drink in the view while enjoying a lunch or cocktail. The other side of the balcony features an outdoor dining table. The many restaurants and activities that are available in Shelter Cove Harbour will be at your fingertips. I live in the island and rented this condo for parents, 2 daughters & younger grandchildren. The condo is gorgeous and very spacious. Having a bedroom /bath on the main level was a must. There was a roof leak (penthouse) and maintenance was very responsive. There were big storms while they were here but plenty of games were available to keep us entertained. The Dune Buggy service to the beach is just another plus. It was no fault of anyone with the inconvenient leak but it was handled professionally.
