We loved the location, the pool, the furnishings, really everything was perfect! The only hiccup was our check-in. We arrived shortly after 4pm, which was listed as the check-in time, but it was all locked up. We had trouble reaching anyone for help, so it was a bit of a letdown after driving many hours with a toddler and being locked out. We were eventually contacted and told that the check in time was 5pm and the door would unlock then, but I stated that the listing and check-in info page both listed it at 4pm so we were given the garage access code. All & all it was not a huge deal, but like I said, just an unfortunate arrival experience. Aside from that, our stay was perfect and we would 100% rent it again. The kitchen was the best of any house I’ve rented & the staff responded to a maintenance issue quickly. We had a blast! Between pool and beach it was endless fun. Grocery store is 5 min drive which we used often and countless restaurants, ferry’s etc were all within 10-15 mins. The location couldn’t be better with the beach right outside the door, a private pool to enjoy and a bar next door. Management was very pleasant and responsive. Perfect place for a large group! I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose a Singleton Beach Home for our annual Diva Retreat and it did not disappoint. It was well appointed in decor and needed supplies that made our stay seamless and enjoyable.
