As you enter this light and airy villa, the absolutely beautiful light gray plank-style flooring will grab your attention and remind you that you are at the beach! The master suite is on the left with a king bed, small desk and 42” TV. The private bath has a granite topped double vanity with a tub/shower combo. The open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room is bright and inviting. The fully stocked white kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and has beautiful coastal stoneware. The laundry room and extra storage is off of the kitchen. Coastal colors, accessories and touches abound this adorable villa. The gorgeous over-sized dining room table seats ten and the breakfast bar right next to it seats an additional three with slide in stools. There is a blue queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a matching love seat and a comfortable swivel chair plus a 65” Samsung TV. The living room has sliders that go out to the balcony where there is an additional table for eating and entertaining that seats eight and lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun in. This area overlooks the well landscaped yard and has views of the complex pool. Up the spiral staircase are two additional bedrooms, to the right is a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a chaise lounge chair, desk and 36” TV. The private bath has a granite topped double vanity with a tub/shower combo. At the other end of the hall is another king bedroom that has a 32” TV and a private bathroom with granite topped single vanity and tub/shower combo. There is also a sliding door that opens to a private 2nd balcony where there is a high top table that seats four. South Forest Beach is one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head Island. The beautifully landscaped complex at Shorewood has an oceanfront pool with bathrooms nearby. There is also a baby pool for young ones to play in. Guests will enjoy that Shorewood is located very close to some great shopping, dining, and entertainment areas on Hilton Head Island. \*3 Night Minimum Stay Required. Clean property, east check-in/out, great location. Our favorite part is the ease of access to pool and beach. The condo is close to food, shopping, and park for the kids. Bike paths are easy to access. Overall great experience. Only con about the condo itself was the window treatments. Multiple vertical blinds in the living are are missing. The vertical blinds in the bedrooms do not close completely or are missing. This causes some privacy concerns and allows for light from the courtyard in at night. It's a great location, we love the pool, the beach access, and the community. Everything in the community is well kept, its family friendly, and great location for quick access to parks, shopping, and food needs.This unit was a great layout for our needs. Lots of space, comfortable beds, and a nice big table for eating together. We also appreciated the 'starter pack' in the kitchen with dish pods, laundry pods, and cleaning supplies. There were lots of loose boards on the decks and nails that might cause injury. Many of the wall outlets did not work, and we did encounter a few Palmetto bugs. Other than that, things like replacing the shower curtain liner between stays would have a high impact for a low cost. ##### Emily J. This is our 4th time staying at Shorewood but our first in this particular unit. The location was amazing! We were so close to the pool and just a quick walk out to the beach. The unit was mostly clean, but we did notice a lot of garbage under the beds upstairs. A couple of things we noticed during our stay, the upstairs was warm! We did have a hot week, but it would not cool down in the evenings and was pretty warm for sleeping. The pool area is amazing! It is absolutely perfect for kids. It never seemed overly busy. The beach isn’t as busy in front of the condo as it is at other locations on HHI. We would absolutely recommend this unit for anyone looking to visit HHI!! We can’t wait to come back. ##### Kristi K. We've always wanted to try the townhouses and this year we got that chance. Apart from the ocean front view I love, this place was outstanding. Beautiful inside, everything upgraded and in good working condition, super easy access to pool and beach. The tubs were a bit slow to drain, but when you're in paradise, that seems petty.
