The open concept first floor has a dining room that seats 12 and the living room that also comfortably seats 12. The living room has a "American Leather" king size pull out sofa as well as a reclining Lazy Boy sofa. There is a walk out from the living room to the large deck and 41 foot pool and hot tub. The property is an acre for privacy at the end of a cul de sac.It is in a gated community with a beach house.The private home backs onto the 2nd hole of the Galleon golf course.

First floor master bedroom has Mackenzie-Childs furniture and seating for relaxing away from the rest of the group with access to the screened section of the deck.The pool can be heated or not ( $500/week charge)
If the booking is cancelled 60 days before arrival, a full refund will be given when the week is rebooked.- see rental agreement.
