The towels, beach gear, and pool toys were very useful and in great condition . The house has multiple games for family game night if needed. The second floor is accesible through a central spiral staircase and an outside straight staircase. The beach entrance is very close to the house ( we used the public beach entrance that was maybe a 5 minute walk from the house).
