221 Shorewood is truly a beach lover's paradise. Located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head, this unit has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious balcony. Wake up each morning to an ocean sunrise, use the community pool and hot tub, or take the private walkway directly to the beach.
Walking into this unit, you are greeted by a spacious open floorplan, with bright, inviting colors, and an updated kitchen. From there the living space flows to a breakfast bar at the kitchen peninsula, and a dining area just beyond that. This open floorplan continues into the main living space, with a sofa, loveseat, and two chairs to provide ample seating for the whole family. Ocean views from the living room window, as well as a large flat screen TV, mean you always have something to look at.
There is a Master bedroom and ensuite bath also located on the main living floor. Upstairs features two additional bedrooms, both featuring ensuite baths, and another balcony.
The Shorewood complex is located in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island and is just a hop skip away from the popular Coligny Plaza. The zero entry oceanfront pool is a place you want to be when you haven’t taken the few steps to HHI’s wonderful hard packed beach. There is a hot tub and the pool is heated in March and April (dates subject to change). Ride the included bikes and you can get anywhere in a few moments time. Just down the beach is the famous Tiki Hut and just beyond that is The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza where you can shop, dine, pick up groceries, catch a movie and enjoy outdoor entertainment in the summer. Also nearby is newest addition to Hilton Head Island – Lowcountry Celebration Park.
With 4 Backpack Beach Chairs, and 4 Adult Beach Cruiser Bicycles provided with your stay, this unit in the beautiful oceanfront community of Shorewood will provide you with all of the adventure, or relaxation, that you could ask for.

The whole family enjoyed the location of the property. Close proximity to the beach and pool as well as walking distance to Coliginy for shopping & eating. The Kitchen was excellent and the 2 decks were lovely.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location and it is very family oriented with a great pool for the kids and great beach access. The condo needs a bit of maintenance such as air conditioning compressor runs constantly - the deck has loose boards and nails sticking up- the downstairs tv keeps cycling off! The bedroom tvs work fine!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six of us traveled together to enjoy Easter break and to watch a little golf at Harbor Town. Location is great! We enjoy doing things around Coligny Plaza and we were in walking distance of everything. For Easter we were able to enjoy a sunrise service at Coligny Beach Park. Message and location was perfect. Condo has everything you need. Definitely a place we will rent again.

Arrived prior to 4pm check in but not allowed access to pool. We have been doing beach rentals 10 years and have never had this happen. Villa was great online but needed some TLC in person- a magic eraser/touch up paint would do wonders. Saw a review from last year about stains on sofa- still there- we put down the extra quilts before sitting. Throw rugs needed washed/vacuumed. In general, needs a little updating. Beds were super comfy, beach chairs, pools, bikes included- pool is one of the best on the beach.

We are very familiar with this complex. It’s a great location. The place itself could use a new paint job, newer furniture in the family room as it’s been worn out with old stains and just not comfortable. The decks really need to be redone. I think it was truly overpriced for a weeks stay considering that the unit itself needs a little TLC. Management was responsive to help with coffee maker replacement and a new bike lock for the bikes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children. The two couples and our single daughter had their own king size bedroom with bath. The teenager chose to sleep downstairs on sleeper sofa. My husband and I had the king bed downstairs due to the spiral stairs are for the younger ones. I was very impressed with all the extras provided, from plenty of towels to bath essentials and kitchen dish stand paper towels. We made great use of washer and dryer and came home with mostly all clean clothing 😉. Great location snd very much enjoyed the use of bikes. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Over all a great place to stay. There are stairs to climb bc it’s a top unit but we can you can! Loved our time as family!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is nice. Great location and close walk to beach and pool. There is one draw back if visiting in the summer. The air conditioning upstairs is simply not working as it should. There are signs upstairs to keep the shades drawn and multiple fans because truthfully the temperature at night is unbearable without the fans. I reached out to management in day one and departure day and was just pretty much blown off. I really deserved a credit for my stay because sleeping upstairs was extremely uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great week together and enjoyed the beach and lovely pool. The weather was decent but very windy the last 4 days. We love the unit and it made caring for an 8 week old infant much easier. Bedrooms were all lovely and comfortable! One suggestion- maintenance needs to change air conditioner filters regularly - my husband found new filters and replaced a filthy one that he thinks was neglected for a long time.
