Discount automatically applied when you select 7 or more days\*\*\*\* Mariner’s Way Retreat is a beautifully renovated top floor(4th) 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa in the heart of Harbour Town-Sea Pines located above retail and next to marina, playground, lighthouse and restaurants. Walk to restaurants, general store and other retail. You are truly in the middle of all that Harbour Town has to offer. Easy keyless entry check in. New code generated for each guest. Enjoy the free trolley which stops right beside the building from May 24, 2024 to September 2, 2024\. During the summer the trolley is the only way to access the Beach Club. There is no parking or drop offs. This location makes access to the Beach Club very convenient. The Beach shuttle is available March 23, 2024to April 14, 2024 and April 22, 2024 to September 2, 2024\. Schedule will be provided. With the trolley, retail, and general store you can stay a week without needing to get into your car. After Labor Day weekend trolley service stops but you can park your car at the Beach Club. The Beach Club is just under 2 miles from our villa so it is also accessible by bicycle. Your stay at Mariner’s Way Retreat also includes access to the Harbour Town pool at no extra cost. The Harbour Town pool is heated/cooled to optimal temperature starting mid March through late November and is a short walk from the villa. Mariner’s Way Retreat has beadboard cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances and no carpet. All linens are provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin and the Pottery Barn queen sleeper sofa in the den. The kitchen is equipped and includes a coffee/keurig maker, toaster, blender and a crock pot. There are few parking spots for the Mariners Way complex or there is a small lot by the building or the larger Harbour Town parking lot. There are luggage carts under the stairs. Harbour Town is a popular destination and can be very busy especially in the summer. Using the free trolley is a great way to get around Sea Pines. This villa is strictly pet free and smoke free. The building is also smoke free. This includes balcony and breezeways. And let me add that the trolley was just outside the building’s gate to take you to the Sea Pines Beach Club with it’s stunning beach! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the playground, shops, the lighthouse, and the marina. Our kids loved taking the trolley to and from the beach. We enjoyed the marina activities like the pirate cruise and parasailing, which were just steps away! We’ve been coming since our honeymoon and decided to come down for a quick weekend with our 2 kids. We were obsessed with this property. For a 2 bedroom, the large den made it feel very spacious. Well decorated. The ease of just going down stairs to hang out in Harbor Town or hop on the trolley for the beach or Salty Dog was incredible. Also- some hosts ask for a ton these days with clean up- all we were asked to do was dishes. True ease with the rental from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend more highly. My fave VRBO when you combine price with ease and incredible location. We plan to do this once a year going forward! Thank you for such a great stay! Also- we’ve stayed at VRBO where you have to pick up keys or passes once you get here. Back to ease- they send you a voucher in the mail, you pull up to the gate at sea pines to get your pass. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we required. Her condo is close to all the action of Harbor Town but is situated in a quieter area of the complex. Perfect. What a great location - so nice to hop on the elevator and be able to walk to everything. Landlord is fantastic and super responsive. Unit had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Yes, parking can be a challenge but we managed to get lucky by timing our outings earlier in the day. All in all, a wonderful visit. ##### Debra H.
