Welcome to your ideal beach getaway! This beautifully appointed villa features a separate bedroom with a cozy queen-size bed, and a combined living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home.

For additional comfort, the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, and there are two built-in bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for small children. Relax and enjoy stunning oceanside views from your private balcony, accessible from the living room.

Seaside Villa is located on the desirable south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza’s shops and dining. This oceanfront property is situated about 70 yards from the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and very clean/updated. However lacking multiple pot/pans that you may need if you plan on cooking. We did not necessarily need. We did however need a Iron and there was not one had to purchase one at local BiLo. Great place overall.

We were very happy except for the pull out couch which barely had a mattress and super uncomfortable. I would suggest upgrading that mattress.
