Very easy beach access and not a crowded area, and the inside of the home was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and set up well for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. I felt completely comfortable sending my older kids back to the house if I wanted to stay on the beach a bit longer. We rented bikes for the week, and Sea Pines beach club is a mile ride down the beach, where you can grab a delicious lunch and drinks. You can also do a short bike ride to Coligny plaza, where there are lots of cute shops, many dining options, and ice cream! As for the house itself, the kitchen was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had trouble with the hot tub heater. The master bedroom is up a separate set of stairs and so is not connected to the rest of the bedrooms. I think it might have been intended as a lock-off at some time. So if you have small children who wake up in the middle of the night, this might not be the house for you. There is a screened in porch on one side of the house - which we definitely enjoyed. The only thing I was disappointed about is that you cannot see the pool area from inside the house. If the kids are swimming in the pool, you can't keep an eye on them unless you are also sitting by the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful time. ##### Anne M.
