« The staff was friendly but the room was not comfortable. The a/c didn’t work properly, the fan would not stay on and it was hot. The shower curtain was yellow at the bottom and the sheets were scratchy. I would not visit again. »

« Unfortunately, our experience started off very poorly. The key cards for the first room we were assigned would not work, so we had to return to the front desk and were assigned a second room. When we entered that room, we found what appeared to be extensive mold or mildew along the baseboards as well as white fuzzy/powdery growth on the furniture. It was concerning enough that we were not comfortable staying in the room. I will give credit to the desk clerk for taking our concerns seriously....

« The hotel itself looked nice in the lobby area. I never got to use the pool because of course it was down when we went. One of the main reasons we went. The room is ok, it was very hot in there. The bathroom was gross and needs a lot of help. I felt gross standing barefoot in the shower. I wish I could get some money back because of the experience but it is what it is. »

« The room was clean which it should be in a new building. The bed was very comfortable. The towels, shampoo, soap were great. The pool was cold even though I was told it was heated. When I arrived to check in, the young woman that came from the back looked and acted like I was disturbing her. No greeting. She just came out and looked at me. I told her I had a reservation and gave my name. Her response was "I need an ID". I checked in right before 3 pm on Saturday. I didn't see a name tag but...
