« The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back. »

« The ambience was great. The room we were in was on the small side. Room was very clean, Desiree did a great job. Room lacked outlets around the bed had some just not enough to accommodate chargers. Needed an additional small table under the TV to allow for personal items. Soundproofing not good between the rooms however the Hacienda is a lovely historic property. My advice would be study the size/layout of your room before you book. »

« This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk said the key controls the lights. I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. I said I don’t know what you mean and he said - well. You gotta put it in the holder so when I got to the room, I finally understood, but it was not clear direction and he seemed annoyed. « The staff was very friendly. The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It was right on the Gulf of America with a nice little park for kid, a walkway and Pavilion to enjoy the view. The Inn is located in a more residential neighborhood which was a plus for me. The restaurant in the Inn was obviously used by the locals, and I can understand why, the food and service was very good. We plan to visit again. »
