This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom A-frame home boasts a large open livingroom with a charming wood-burning fireplace as the centerpiece. The Master and guest bedroom are on the main level, sporting Queen-sized beds. Up above, through the metal spiral staircase, you'll find a loft space overlooking the main area of the home with a bedroom on either side (Full, 2 Twins) and an additional bathroom. This home has two parking areas, an open deck, and a lower level with access to the laundry. Newly added paved parking pad leads down into a firepit area next to the house, which then continues either to the front door or the rear steps up to the deck. Located only a few minutes from Main Street Highlands, so you can enjoy your getaway without being too out-of-reach from the many shops and restaurants that Downtown has to offer! \*This is a no pet property.\* \[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. \] CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below: For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. The weather was perfect, and having a big fireplace was perfect. The house was clean and prepped for our visit. Lower driveway is quite narrow and steep. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kate W. 7 nov. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful home, great location Our group of four adults and three children (ages 9 - 13) stayed at this beautiful home over a long weekend in October. This house is exactly as pictured. The decor is absolutely charming and the round fireplace was a focal point of our stay. A washer and dryer is accessible through the basement - perfect for a quick scrub of muddy clothing after a long day of hiking. The kitchen has most of what you need for food preparation, and we made several meals at “home” that were heartily enjoyed at the spectacular kitchen table. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled and beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone (even the kids!) commented on the wonderful linens. Close proximity to town was another plus.
