Enjoy your stay with the entire house as we are on vacation! Located 3 minutes from the mouth of the American Fork Canyon. With over 200 trails systems.  
  
20 -30 minutes to world class ski resorts and about 45 mins or less to Park City.  
  
Newly renovated, clean and spacious home. Brand new queen mattress. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac.  
  
The space  
House has 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, tv in Master bedroom, and 1 bedroom in basement. Basement also has TV room and yoga/work out room.  
  
Large backyard, and large windows that overlook the Wasatch Mountains. Gorgeous views. Quiet and helpful neighbors, no barking dogs.  
  
Hardwood floors on main level, high end carpet throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Not just oil and salt. Have all the spices and utilities you need for a full working kitchen.  
  
Wifi and Hulu and Netflix available.  
  
The Highland area is well know as very safe and establish. Highland is right next to the mountains and considered a desirable place.
