"Sundance resort is beautiful! Nestled right up to the mountains with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottages and loved it going for a hike to the waterfalls right out our backdoor! Upon check-in unfortunately there was some used pool towels left in our room from the cleaning staff by accident, so they immediately moved us to another room, helped us move our bags and apologized profusely. No hotel is ever perfect, but they genuinely cared and acted quickly to move us. The cottage they moved us...

"Loved the stay and the apartment is great. The only issue I have is that they need self opening doors at reception. When you are struggling with a trolley full of luggage, the last thing you need are doors that won't stay open more than 2 seconds, while you try to get your trolley through. Fought those doors on many occasions in my last few stays. Thought I would mention it this time. A button on the doors for those trying to get through with a trolley would be GREAT."
